Start From Here

Majoring in Convention & Event Management, graduated from a foreign language studies university, I have been dabbling in art field for one year. It is one year full of surprise and excitement that I have never expected before.

I appreciate so much the courage of my employer gallery to accept a green hand, and cultivate her from the very beginning with every basic art dealing knowledge, as well as getting her engaged in quite a few renowned international artists' exhibitions management in China, such as The Alliance with 26 artists, Olivier Mosset, Douglas Gordon and Younghae-Chang Heavy Industries' first solo show in China. I have got even more fun and joy with the cooperation with some young Chinese artits, like the ongoing project of Jia Aili. Although the current situation is not good in the whole globe, I still believe I get into this career at a right moment.

Hence, I am writing on this blog to record and memorize what happened in the past year and what is going on now and will happen in the future, anyhow, in my not-so-good English. I would like to share with people from around the world my experience and thought with the artists and their art here in China.

Every words here are based on my personal point of view. Humbly, I name this blog "helenlearnsart". Any comment and suggestion is warm welcomed.
